Can I only recycle Love Maya brand products?
At Love Maya, we welcome empties from other beauty brands too.Our goal is to reduce waste and plastic usage, and to encourage more mindful beauty habits. Bring back your empty beauty products and recycle them with us as part of our journey toward a kinder, more sustainable routine.
Do I need to empty and clean the product containers before bringing it to the store?
Yes. As a basic rule for recycling, all empties MUST be cleaned and dried to avoid contaminating other clean empties. There are no cleaning facilities or services provided in-stores.
How long will the Bring Your Empties campaign run?
This campaign will be running from 15 July to 15 September.
What is the recommended way to clean my bottle?
Fill up your bottle halfway with warm water, seal the bottle by screwing on the pump and shake thoroughly. Pour out the water and repeat until no more bubbles are formed. Finally, rinse with cold water and leave the bottle upside down to air-dry.

Terms and Condition
1. Only clean, dry, full-sized (original retail size) empty bottles are accepted. Glass bottles, travel-sized, sample-sized, and partially used containers are not eligible.
2. Empty bottles from any beauty brand (including skincare, bath & body, and haircare) are accepted. Rewards are based on the type of empty bottle returned: - Love Maya empty bottle → 30% OFF voucher for one (1) Love Maya Bath Gel - Other beauty brand empty bottle → 15% OFF voucher for one (1) Love Maya Bath Gel
3. First-time recyclers will receive one (1) FREE 30ml Ocean Bath Gel. This reward is limited to one redemption per registered customer throughout the campaign.
4. There is no maximum limit on the number of empties redeemable per customer per day or visit. However, only one (1) voucher can be used per transaction even if a customer earns multiple vouchers, they must be redeemed separately across different purchases. All vouchers are valid until 15 September 2026.
5. Customers must have a registered Love Maya account before rewards can be issued.
6. Vouchers are issued upon redemption and are non-exchangeable for cash, and cannot be combined with other discounts or vouchers.
7. Love Maya reserves the right to reject empty bottles that are unclean, damaged beyond verification, or suspected to be submitted for fraudulent or commercial purposes.
8. The campaign is valid from 15 July to 15 September 2026, or while stocks and vouchers last.
9. All collected empty bottles will be recycled through Trashcycle.
10. Love Maya reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this campaign and its Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
